Monte Corno in Aldino
The Natural Park Monte Corno is one of the naturalistic attractions that can be visited if we are in Aldino and surroundings. It covers an area of almost seven thousand hectares and is also part of the municipalities of Anterivo, Montagna, Egna, Salorno and Trodena. Part of the park is made up of limestone, while the other part is made up of quartz porphyry. The park includes a wide variety of fauna such as the spotted salamander, the hoopoe and the dormouse. As far as the flora is concerned, there are 60 species of wild orchids, red lilies, anemones and larch woods. Many tourists love hiking in the park because the scenarios that emerge are unique and spectacular.
